Shenzhen Factory This is our main production base with workforce of over 1000 of staff, responsible for manufacturing all kinds of leather gloves, cotton gloves, string knit gloves and PVC gloves. Our Shenzhen factory also concentrates on manufacturing premium work gloves such as winter insulated and retails work gloves, etc. Gaozhou Factory The production line for string knit gloves is based in our Gaozhou factory. Our plant is equipped with over 600 machines including: •　500 of 7-gauge machines for regular string knit gloves; •　60 of 7-gauge Terry machines; Additionally, we produce the string knit gloves with PVC dots / leather on palm. Anfu Factory The factory in Aufu has a workforce of over 600 of staff, which strongly enhance our production for cotton and leather gloves by concentrating on producing all kinds of cotton woven gloves and medium quality grade leather work gloves. Hupei Factory The factory in Hupei has a workforce of approximately 350 of staff. Most of the workers are transferred from our factory in Shenzhen. They concentrate on sewing for all kinds of leather drivers and welding gloves, etc. Liuchow Factory This factory in Liuchow, with a workforce of approximately 800 of staff, are mainly producing all kinds medium & lower grade of all kind leather gloves such for Traditional of Riggers, patch doublepalm and leather palmgloves, etc. Tannery Our facilities commenced production since 1993. We are tanning the leather from wet/ salt of cow-hides to support all our leather gloves factories, with a monthly production capacity approximately 2.2 million square. ft. Spinning Factory All yarn used in most of our cotton products and string knit gloves are supported by our spinning factory in Fuzhou City. Our plant has a monthly production capacity of approx. 1,500 tons, 95% of which are sold for garment products in China market. Weaving Factory Most of cotton yarn is supplied from our spinning factory. In our weaving factory, we are weaving in a different of quality fabric such for poly/cotton striped, poly/cotton canvas with a different weight, etc. Knitting Factory Most of cotton yarn is supplied from our spinning factory. In our knitting factory, we mainly carry out knitting for lisle, interlock, jersey, terrycloth, etc. All of these are in a different weight of material to support of our factories. Nowadays, our manufacturing lines are supported by a series of gloves factories, tannery and yarn factory in China with no less than 200,000m2 working. Thanks to the solid production supports, we invariably supply a wide range of work gloves, namely leather gloves, cotton gloves, PVC gloves and string knit gloves.
